History

In 1994, current owner Jeff Fresia had a vision for a company that would provide high-quality, cost effective in-home care. That year, LIFENET, LLC was born. Since then, LIFENET, LLC has helped hundreds of individuals maintain life independence and autonomy. Based in Eau Claire, LIFENET, LLC spans a 10-county radius in western-Wisconsin (see our Coverage Map). Our clients include the aging population, individuals with physical and developmental disabilities, as well as those with mental illness; we work with adults and children.

In 2010, Lifenet, LLC added two satellite office locations, to better serve our clients and care providers in those areas. They include an office in Schofield, WI (near Wausau) and one in Medford, WI.

Services

LIFENET LLC’s, services range from helping with housekeeping and errands to aiding with home health tasks, such as hygiene needs. LIFENET, LLC provides peace-of-mind for family and friends by being a safety net for their loved-ones. Aside from normal checks during scheduled shifts, we provide 24-hour telephone reassurance, as well as emergency response. Our Registered Nurses and Case Managers will work with you and those in your support network to assess your needs and develop a plan of care which uniquely fits your lifestyle. We want to help you plan the best services and make the most effective use of resources. Providing fast response to changing conditions and personalizing cares to each individual also make LIFENET, LLC distinctive.

LIFENET, LLC is uniquely positioned to provide for long-distance care-giving. We are the eyes and ears for far-away loved ones that can’t be here providing direct care. If requested, we can monitor medical appointments and are prepared to attend them with clients as an advocate in place of family and friends. At LIFENET, LLC, we strive to creatively meet the needs of each client and those in their support network.

Care-Providers

As a licensed agency, all LIFENET, LLC caregivers are screened and trained to ensure exceptional, heart-felt attention for you or your loved one. From background checks and drug screens to supervision and a support network for employees, LIFENET, LLC pledges to provide the best care possible. All caregivers receive continuing training to remain up-to-date on care-giving practices and maintain a high work standard.

Mission

LIFENET, LLC is a comprehensive care management firm that believes all persons should be given the opportunity to remain in their home when possible. LIFENET’s mission is to provide safe, comprehensive quality care to all persons it serves, regardless of age, sex, creed, race, color, handicap or national origin. LIFENET advocates for self-determination and will research options on behalf of clients.

Our philosophy is to provide quality care management based upon caring, concern, advocacy, and coordination of needed services.
