Home Health Care
Personal Care Workers are monitored by a Registered Nurse. Supervisory visits for each client are conducted every 60 days by the R.N. to assure that the Personal Care Worker is performing cares correctly and professionally.
A Personal Care Worker can help you with the following tasks. Specific routines can be adjusted for each person.
- Bathing
- Toileting
- Incontinence Care
- Skin Care
- Dental Care
- Nail Care
- Medication Reminders
- Check Vital Signs
- Assist with Ambulation
- Assist with Transfers (use of Hoyer lift, gait belt, etc.)
- Assist with Exercises/Range of Motion
- Laundry
- Meal Preparation
- Assistance with Feeding
A Home Health Aid can provide the following additional services:
- Post-surgical Care
